Rock powerhouse Shinedown have officially released their highly anticipated eighth studio album, EI8HT, today via Atlantic Records, marking another major milestone in a career that continues to redefine modern rock music.

The 18-track collection arrives following one of the band's most successful stretches in recent memory, fueled by a series of chart dominating singles that have once again showcased why Shinedown remains one of the biggest names in rock. Leading the charge were three consecutive #1 radio hits: "Three Six Five," "Dance, Kid, Dance," and "Killing Fields," each demonstrating a different side of the band's evolving sound while maintaining the signature energy fans have come to expect.

Adding to the excitement surrounding the album was "Searchlight," a powerful track that made its debut at the historic Grand Ole Opry, further proving Shinedown's ability to transcend genres and connect with audiences far beyond the traditional rock landscape.

With EI8HT, the band delivers an expansive 18-song journey that balances hard hitting rock anthems, introspective lyricism, and arena-sized hooks. The album captures a band firing on all cylinders while continuing to push their creative boundaries nearly two decades into their career.

Frontman Brent Smith and company have built a reputation for crafting songs that resonate deeply with listeners, and EI8HT appears poised to continue that tradition. The album arrives at a time when Shinedown is enjoying unprecedented momentum, with sold-out shows, chart success, and a fanbase that continues to grow worldwide.

The release also coincides with the ongoing Dance, Kid, Dance Act II World Tour, which continues to bring the band's explosive live show to audiences across the globe. Known for delivering some of the most energetic and emotionally charged performances in rock music, Shinedown's latest tour serves as the perfect companion piece to the new album.

As EI8HT begins its journey into the hands of fans, one thing is clear: Shinedown are not slowing down. If anything, the band is entering yet another creative peak, proving that after eight studio albums, they remain one of rock's most vital and enduring forces.
