Agnostic Front Premieres Latest Single’s Lyric Video; Announces European Tour Schedule

Agnostic Front gave audiences another taste of its latest album this week.
The band unveiled the lyric video for its new single, ‘You Say’ Thursday. The song is the third single from the band’s most recent album, Echoes in Eternity, which the band released late last year. The album has also produced the singles, ‘Matter of Life and Death‘ (which features a guest appearance by Run DMC member Darryl “DMC” McDaniels) and ‘Way of War.’
The new single’s lyric video features the lyrics to the band’s song, which is an intensely heavy protest song, over imagery such as money, the band performing, and other related imagery.
Front man Roger Miret discussed the song’s lyrical theme in a prepared statement.
“‘YOU SAY’ is a war cry against the normalization of corruption and empty promises,” said Miret. “Whether it be governments, corporations, or straight up con artists, they all have the same interests…. Their own! Our message has always been and will be ‘F**K YOU’ to these entities, and to hold them accountable.”
In other news, the band also announced the schedule for the European leg of its global tour in support of Echoes in Eternity. The tour is scheduled to launch Feb. 6 in Dusseldorf, Germany and to run through Feb. 28 in Antwerp, Belgium. It includes stops in cities, such as Warsaw, Poland; Treviso, Italy and Luzern, Switzerland.

Agnostic Front’s upcoming tour will come on the heels of a pair of North American tours the band took part in last fall and winter, the first being the “East Meets West Tour” and the band’s own headlining East Coast tour. The prior spanned Oct. 15 – Nov. 2 and the latter ran Dec. 4 – Dec. 21.
