By: Philip Sayblack Archers has a new label home and new music. The band announced Friday through a news release, it has signed with Fearless Records. The new deal is the next step in the up-and-coming band’s career after releasing its latest studio recording — its EP, Temporary High — in 2025 via SBG Records. The band initially released the EP over time one track at a time before officially releasing the 5-song record in whole June 13. In celebration of the new record deal, the band on Friday, released its new single, ‘The Dirt‘ and the song’s companion video. The song’s musical arrangement is an engaging melodic hard rock composition that blends clean, heartfelt vocals in the versus and solid metalcore screams in the choruses along with plenty of downtuned guitars and punching drums and bass. The whole is a presentation that makes a solid new impression for audiences new and established alike. The song’s lyrical theme is an existential discussion of sorts, according to a statement from the band. “‘The Dirt’ is about struggling with imposter syndrome,” the statement reads. “”It strips back the pretense and asks the uncomfortable questions: ‘How far have I really come?’ and ‘Do I belong here?'” In other news, Archers launched a tour alongside Nothing More, Catch Your Breath, and Doobie Friday in Las Vegas, NV. The tour is scheduled to run through May 7 in Daytona Beach, FL. It includes stops in cities, such as Detroit, MI; Albuquerque, NM and Winnipeg, MB.
