HATEBREED Announce New Album "Fatal Paradox" Out 11.6 + Share Video for "Kill Count Increase"7/26/2026 Studied, imitated, but never replicated, the Grammy-nominated hardcore legends HATEBREED have remained a fixture of the hardcore and metal scenes for the better part of three decades. After writing the playbook with their genre-defining releases Under The Knife (1996) and Satisfaction Is The Death Of Desire (1997), HATEBREED continued to carry the banner for metallic hardcore with albums like Perseverance (2002), The Rise of Brutality (2003), and Supremacy (2006) dominating charts globally. In recent years, the band's undisputed offensive continues with modern records The Concrete Confessional (2016) and Weight of the False Self (2020), remaining fixtures on charts globally. The band's core values of self actualization, perseverance, and honest living have carried them from backyard and basement shows to festival dominators, selling out shows consistently across the world, effectively practicing what they've preached. Today, the band announces its long-awaited studio return with FATAL PARADOX, arriving November 6 via new label BLKIIBLK. Pre-order it here. Hatebreed also offer the first taste of new music with the video for "KILL COUNT INCREASE." Watch it here. Enlisting long-time collaborator Zeuss (Rob Zombie, Accept, Shadows Fall), "Kill Count Increase" is crossover excellence with accelerating speeds, crushing riffage, and frontman Jamey Jasta's venomous bark inciting crimson flashes of carnage. "'Kill Count Increase' is the lead track on Fatal Paradox and a perfect way of summing up our first album in six years from the start," Jasta states. "It's straightforward, in-your-face Hatebreed. Fast. Hard. It gets down to business and comes up for air two-and-a-half minutes later. The room and everyone in it gets wrecked and comes back wanting more." Holding no punches, and taking no prisoners Fatal Paradox see the Connecticut-born juggernaut operating at full tilt, bludgeoning listeners with a barbarous blend of breakdowns, d-beats, and dogpiles. Whether it’s the thrash stylings of "Kill Count Increase" or "Total Invincible," capital H hardcore excellence of "The Carrion Choir" and "Truth Is A Lion," rage remains the unifying spark to blow the keg in glorious flashes of violence. FATAL PARADOX TRACK LISTING: "Kill Count Increase" "The Carrion Choir" "Decisions Become Destinies" "Total Invincible" "Fatal Paradox" "Still A Threat" "Sacrifice Season" (Feat. To date, Hatebreed have sold over 1.5 million albums in North America alone. Hatebreed's most recent album, 2020's Weight of the False Self, was praised as a "return to their hardcore roots" by Brooklyn Vegan. The album was deemed "one of their most aggressive to date" by Consequence and "pummeling" by Revolver, while Psychology Today called it "a blazing combination of extreme metal and hardcore punk." Hatebreed remain one of the most vital bands in the hard rock scene. Their signing with BLKIIBLK and forthcoming ninth studio album find the band harder than ever, stronger than ever.

Sabaton’s 2016 album, The Last Stand, is getting renewed attention.
Nuclear Blast Records, which originally released the album in August 2016, will re-issue the album Sept. 11 on separate vinyl and CD/DVD digi-book presentations. This according to a news release from Nuclear Blast Records. The forthcoming 10th anniversary re-issue will feature four covers recorded by Sabaton as well as a bonus DVD containing a 10-song set from the band’s 2016 Open Air Festival. The 2LP vinyl set will feature the covers on its second disc. Bassist Par Sundstrom discussed the fothcoming re-issue in a prepared statement. “Who would have believed that 10 years could fly by so fast?,” said Sundstrom. “We have so many great memories tied to ‘The Last Stand’, so we’re really happy to celebrate its 10th anniversary with the special edition vinyl and digibook with all the extras.” Sundstrom continued, “If you get your hands on the digibook, you’ll find bonus video footage that captures Thobbe – our guitarist – playing his final show with us at Sabaton Open Air in 2016 before stepping away for an eight-year vacation. In a way, it became his own “Last Stand”! Of course, none of us knew at the time that he’d eventually return to the band in 2024, which makes looking back at those moments even more meaningful. It’s a poignant chapter in our history, and the perfect thing to share as we celebrate the album’s 10th birthday.” The track information for the album’s re-issue is noted below: The Last Stand (10th Anniversary Edition) tracklisting: 01. The band premiered its new single, ‘Red Yeti‘ Friday. The album’s second single behind ‘Is It,’ ‘Red Yeti’ features a guest appearance by Sumo Cyco vocalist Skye Sweetnam. Both singles are included in the band’s forthcoming album, The Last Word, which is scheduled for release Sept. 18 through Nonpoint’s own independent label, 361 Degrees Records. The musical arrangement featured herein is an engaging work, going full nu-metal in its verses while opting for a more melodic approach in its choruses. The juxtaposition of the two stylistic approaches makes the song a unique work from the band that is definitely quite a change of pace for the band. By comparison, ‘Is It’ is far more comparable to works from the band’s 2002 sophomore album, Development. Information regarding the song’s lyrical theme was not provided in the news release announcing the debut of ‘Red Yeti,’ nor were lyrics. The band unveiled the video Wednesday, for its single, ‘Divided.’ The single is the fourth from the band’s latest album, Echoes in Eternity, which the band released in late 2025. It follows the premiere of the band’s then latest single, ‘You Say,’ which premiered in January. That debut was preceded by those of ‘Matter of Life and Death‘ (which features a guest appearance by Run DMC member Darryl “DMC” McDaniels) and ‘Way of War.’ The video is an intense presentation, featuring doctors performing surgery on an unidentified figure. Viewer discretion is advised as some viewers may find the content unsettling. This is important as the video does not seem to have much, if anything to do with the song’s lyrical theme. Front man Roger Miret discussed the song’s sociopolitical lyrical theme in a prepared statement. “‘Divided’ confronts the rise of extremist ideology and the willingness to follow false promises even when the human cost is obvious,” said Miret. “At its core, it’s a call to recognize our shared humanity before we’re pushed so far apart that we can no longer find our way back together.” In other news, Agnostic Front recently announced it will launch an East Coast tour beginning Sept. 27 in Richmond, VA. The tour, which will include Angel Du$t, will run through Oct. 9 in Reading, PA and includes stops in Raleigh, NC; Bradenton, FL and Atlanta, GA. The band announced this week, The Allfather Awakens will be released Oct. 2 via Metal Blade Records. In anticipation of the album’s release, the band unveiled the album’s third single, ‘Gjallarhorn’ Wednesday, along with the song’s video. The band most recently premiered the album’s second single, the acoustic ‘Upphaf.’ Its debut was preceded by that of the album’s lead single, ‘We Rule The Waves‘ last year. According to information in the news release announcing the new album and single/video information, The Allfather Awakens will focus largely on the chief Norse god, Oden. The document states the album is not a concept album but “rather a collection of historically inspired epic tales of conflict and sacrifice for a greater good.” The video for the album’s new single focuses on Oden’s own history. It actually visually points out how Oden became the chief god by gouging out his own eye and throwing it into the Well of Wisdom. The band unveiled its cover of The Beatles’ ‘She Said She Said‘ Thursday. The band’s take on the song is the rare example of a song that actually improves on its source material, adding its trademark pop sensibility to the original, which is quite enjoyable in its own right. ‘She Said She Said’ is part of The Beatles’ 1966 album, Revolver. The album is known as the record that laid the groundwork for what would go on to become known as “acid rock.” Joy Buzzer addressed its cover of the classic tune in a prepared statement. “‘She Said, She Said’ feels like a natural fit for us because so much of what we love about power pop is already there in the song,” the statement reads. “The hooks, the guitars, the momentum—we just wanted to push it louder and bring our own energy to it. It’s incredible how easily a song from 1966 can still feel immediate when you turn everything up.” More information on Joy Buzzer’s new single is available along with all of the band’s latest news at: Website: https://joybuzzerband.com Facebook: Facebook Hatebreed will release its next album this fall. Fatal Paradox, the band’s ninth album, is scheduled for release Nov. 6 through the band’s new label home, BLKIIBLK Records. The band made the announcement this week through a news release. The band debuted the video for the album’s lead single, ‘Kill Count Increase‘ Tuesday. The new single is another familiar style composition from Hatebreed in regard to its musical arrangement. As with the band’s most recent album, the blend of melody and heaviness is on full display in this new single. The song’s video features the band performing its new single in a rehearsal space as what seems to be a hit man targets the band in a nearby building. In other news, Hatebreed launched a tour Tuesday in support of the album in Sauget, IL. Get HUN here. While the digital and physical album is out now, the vinyl version and box set (details further below) will see release on September 11. HUN — which translates to "human" in their native language — holds special meaning for the band. Originally called Between the Heaven and Earth, the album was intended to be understood as something natural and true, akin to human life on Earth, which is why they chose HUN to best represent it. "In our third album, we tested many boundaries and used different techniques to perfect the combination of traditional instruments with heavy metal music genres," says Jaya. "The concept of the HUN album comes from universal experiences we all go through collectively as humans in this world. Our hope is to remind our listeners the importance of introspection through variety of songs from slow to fast rhythmic songs." Alongside the album release, the band has shared the video for "HORSEMEN." Watch it here. "'Horsemen' is inspired by the legendary Mongolian warriors who once rode across much of the known world," the band says. "These warriors were known for their discipline, intelligence, courage, and incredible skill. They were called the 'Army of the Heavens' because of their unmatched mobility and strength. This song celebrates their spirit and honors the qualities that made them legendary. It's a reminder that true power comes from discipline, wisdom, and unity." The HU's previously released the single "Lost Soul" (Feat. Jonny Hawkins of NOTHING MORE). It marks the first collaboration between the Gold-certified global phenomenon and NOTHING MORE. Listen to "Lost Soul" (Feat. Jonny Hawkins of NOTHING MORE) here and watch the video here. The track is currently No. 17 on the active rock charts. HUN finds The HU, who were first tipped by NPR back in 2019, at the peak of their powers thus far. They expand the scope of their signature Hunnu Rock with 11 tracks steeped in the lore and legend of Mongolia, yet uplifted with universal ambition. It's as epic, enthralling, and enigmatic and it opens the gateway into their world. "We took our time to do this right, and we're so glad that we're almost ready to release what we have worked on these past few years," the band says. "Now, we are also focusing on the performances and working out a brand-new setlist. We want to play bigger venues so we can do extensive production, and bring in some amazing elements of our culture, and play these ideas to our fans. And, as well as our third album, we have some amazing ideas for another album already!" With press praise for HUN piling up from the varied sources such as Crunchyroll, Joy Sauce, Metal Injection, Blabbermouth, Kerrang!, and Revolver, The HU continue to leave a cross-cultural musical mark. Recorded during the band's 2018 appearance at the legendary Montreux Jazz Festival, the track is a powerful tribute to one of rock's most beloved icons — Lemmy Kilmister of Motörhead. Accompanied by a live video filmed in Montreux, the performance captures the raw energy and chemistry that have made Hollywood Vampires a standout live act. "Lemmy was one of a kind," the band says. "'Ace Of Spades' remains one of the defining songs in rock history, and this performance honors his legacy." A highlight of the upcoming album, “Ace Of Spades” reflects the band's long-standing mission of celebrating the artists who shaped rock music. Few songs embody the rebellious spirit of rock 'n' roll quite like Motörhead's signature anthem, making it a fitting addition to a set that bridges the Vampires' own material with tributes to their musical heroes.
