Death Dealer’s latest album, Reign of Steel dropped Friday. In celebration of its release, the band also premiered the lyric video for the album’s latest single, ‘Riding on The Wings.’ The video places the song’s lyrics over a backdrop of fighter aces doing battle in the skies during World War II. The pairing would seem to hint at the song centering on said topic. This as no information regarding the song’s lyrical theme was presented in the news release announcing the video’s premiere. The song’s musical arrangement is a composition that will easily appeal to fans of the vintage heavy metal sounds of bands, such as Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, and others of that ilk. ‘Riding on the Wings’ is the hird single from Reign of Steel. The album has also produced the singles, ‘Bloodbath‘ and ‘Blast The Highway.’ As with ‘Riding on the Wings,’ ‘Bloodbath’ is also centered on World War II. More specifically, it tells the tragic story of the sinking of the U.S.S. Indianapolis and the fate of its sailors.
