FFO - The Beatles, Tom Petty, Wavves & Oasis

A storm is brewing on the horizon of the alternative-pop scene, and his name is
JON BABIN. The singer-songwriter, producer, and sonic architect steps boldly into the spotlight with four explosive debut singles --
"You're So Rude," "I Shouldn't Be Alone Tonight," "Angel Hair," and "Belladonna" — each one a world unto itself, yet unmistakably stitched together by Babin’s unmistakable style and raw vulnerability.

Take a drive along the coast to this classic! Inspired by the 50's and early 60's,
"You're So Rude" will remind you of summer days and nights, and give you the ultimate feeling of breaking free.

"I SHOULDN'T BE ALONE TONIGHT"
is the sweet spot between somber and upbeat. Catchy, chimey guitar chords bounce around lyrics of heartache and dismissal of anything ever getting better.

"ANGEL HAIR"
is the epitome of summer fun at the beach, with the love of your life, and your best friends. Dreamlike it in it's optimism, while driving in it's crunchy guitars up and down the coast.

Out of the woodwork and through the hazy smoke is "BELLADONNA." You're on a journey with beats and grooves, but with the protection of loud guitars. We'll sing this infectious
melody together.

BAND BIO:

Welcome to the self-titled album, "Jon Babin." These are four singles to be included on a full length record to be released this year!
JON BABIN was born in Chicago - and has lived and worked in its surrounding North side, South side, and West side neighborhoods and suburbs his whole life. Violin was his first instrument. From there, he took seriously to drums/percussion - and got his feet wet with playing live in punk and metal bands as a teenger. During this time, he would move on to guitar and began putting songs and melodies together. He has bounced genres and instruments throughout bands and solo work, and has honed in on his own style. His influences are psychedelia, golden age boppers and rockers, punk, new wave, alternative, jazz, blues, dance and pop. Every recorded instrument you hear on this record was written and performed by JON BABIN. It was recorded, mixed and engineered at Audiotree by Rick Fritz. He plays over 100 shows per year. There is a little something for everybody on the
"Jon Babin" record. This album is pure of heart. Join him on the journey! ROCK N' ROLL!
