Joy Buzzer Tackles Beatles Classic For Its Latest Single

Pop rock act Joy Buzzer unveiled its latest single this week.
The band unveiled its cover of The Beatles’ ‘She Said She Said‘ Thursday. The band’s take on the song is the rare example of a song that actually improves on its source material, adding its trademark pop sensibility to the original, which is quite enjoyable in its own right.
‘She Said She Said’ is part of The Beatles’ 1966 album, Revolver. The album is known as the record that laid the groundwork for what would go on to become known as “acid rock.”
Joy Buzzer addressed its cover of the classic tune in a prepared statement.
“‘She Said, She Said’ feels like a natural fit for us because so much of what we love about power pop is already there in the song,” the statement reads. “The hooks, the guitars, the momentum—we just wanted to push it louder and bring our own energy to it. It’s incredible how easily a song from 1966 can still feel immediate when you turn everything up.”
