ZZ Top will head overseas to Europe next summer. The band announced Wednesday, it will kick off a new European tour June 22 in Tartu, Estonia. The tour is scheduled to run through July 23 in Cadiz, Spain. It will mark the first time in two years that the trio has toured Europe. Front man Billy F. Gibbons spoke about the upcoming tour in a prepared statement. “We love playing for European audiences as they’re among the most energetic and enthusiastic we’ve encountered over the course of the past five decades,” said Gibbons. “We’re excited to bring “The Big One!” to the continent where you can be sure we’ll be turning it up and rocking out.
